Review of Body By Vi Shakes After One Week
This is a short overview of the Visalus Body by Vi 90-Day Challenge products. One of my acquaintances became involved with the company, and as a fitness enthusiast, I decided to give him some business and try out the nutrition program. I ordered the Core regimen, which includes shakes, vitamin and mineral supplements, and an energy drink additive to regular water.
Having used several different protein shakes in the past, the Body by Vi products stand up well. The shakes really taste better than some protein drinks and have no terrible aftertaste. In fact, I would consider them definitely better than expected. They are not the greatest shakes on the market, but they taste good. The one negative is that, for serious athletes, the shakes may not have enough protein for their purposes.
The nutritional supplements come in little packets; you take four pills in the morning, and two in the evening. After taking them for only one week so far, I am not noticing any huge difference in my energy or health, but this is not enough time to feel such increases. The energy additive, called Neuro, is the weakest product of the group, as I simply do not like the taste of it. While not awful, the taste is not up to the standards of the shakes themselves.
